Laboratorio Psicometrico [Psychometric Lab]
The Psychometric Lab (Department of Psychology, University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli"; UCLV) is active since 2009 and has developed a network of collaborations with several national and international universities and research institutes.
The main areas of research include:
1. Development, adaptation and standardization of psychometric tests and research paradigms;
2. Analysis of measurement invariance and item functioning across different groups and culture;
3. Investigation of how the individual characteristics, the cultural factors, the environment and the genes interact in their impact on cognitive abilities and social interactions.
4. Investigation of the role of individual and environmental factors - with specific attention to the visual, auditory features and pollution - on the cognitive processes and the perceived comfort.
The laboratory is open to projects and collaborations with private individuals and public Institutions.​
